Although we refer to it as a “column” loudspeaker, the INSPIRE iP1000 delivers the powerful, high-quality sound and optimised dispersion inspired by our award-winning line array of products – in a surprisingly lightweight and easy to use, all-in-one form factor. Thanks to an on-board 3-channel digital mixer and multichannel 1,000-Watt Class-D amplifier driving a custom-engineered dual 8" subwoofer, 8 x 2.75" neodymium drivers, and a horn loaded super tweeter, the iP1000 is ideally-suited for small to medium-sized performance venues, houses of worship, boardroom presentations, nightclubs, and much more.
The iP1000 is lightweight: only 24.8 kg (54.7 lbs) and features industry-leading KLARK TEKNIK Digital Sound Processing (DSP), studio-grade stereo reverb, Class-D amplifier, and Spatial Sound technologies – plus convenient Bluetooth stereo audio streaming and iPhone/iPad remote control.

Designed for maximum portability, iP1000’s column fits neatly into the shoulder bag (available separately), and setup is fast and easy; just attach the column to the base and connect your mic, mixer feed, and power. Three channels of our revolutionary Class-D amplifier technology provide 1000 Watts of incredible sonic performance in an easy-to-use, ultra-portable, and lightweight package. This amazing technology makes it possible to design and build extremely powerful products that are significantly lighter in weight than their traditional counterparts while using less energy and protecting the environment. The lightweight Switch Mode Power Supply, coupled with an industry-leading DSP module, provides dynamic equalisation and sophisticated limiting functions to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability. The powerful iP1000 fills the room with the world-famous TURBOSOUND “sound” that has won the coveted Queen’s Award – an unprecedented three times.
Outstanding Sound Dispersion
Much like the huge line array systems you’ve experienced at concerts and outdoor festivals (we make those too), the 2.75" neodymium midrange / extended high-frequency drivers in the iP1000 columns are strategically placed to provide up to a 120° horizontal dispersion pattern. Such wide coverage eliminates the need for monitor wedges for the performers and creates a more even, sonically balanced soundscape that covers the entire room. By taking advantage of the arrival-time differential between sound waves reaching the left and right ears, iP1000's groundbreaking Spatial Sound Technology (SST) creates a wide, well-defined virtual 3-D acoustic environment, enveloping the listener in a rich and more realistic experience. No matter where you sit, the location of the onstage voices and instruments are perceived in their rightful position within the soundscape, for a performance that is beautifully open and transparent – with unparalleled intelligibility.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns. You can return items that are still in a saleable condition or unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or make arrangements for the replacement item to be shipped to you. In the event of a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Fastrak will charge a 5% fee on any credit card reversals done if a refund or partial refund is required.
Warranty on Products
All of our goods also carry a manufacturers’ warranty (12 Months) where applicable, which will run concurrently with any warranty in terms of the law.
Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods that have been damaged due to the customer’s negligence, the goods have been disassembled, permanently installed, physically altered, used or installed contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions and/or have been subjected to misuse or abuse.
Any items needing to be returned for repairs or warranties need to be returned at the client’s expense. Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be exchanged before this procedure has been followed and fault has been identified.
No repairs will take place until it has been confirmed whether the product is to be repaired under warranty or at the client’s expense.
The client agrees that Fastrak is not held responsible for time delays that result from reports coming from the agents who hold the warranties. Until the client accepts the quote and gives the go-ahead, no repairs will commence. The client and Fastrak agree that the agent's report is final in this matter and that that report will be considered as the matter being closed. Any costs incurred during this process will be passed onto the client unless the warranty is active.
Any and all repairs done under warranty or at the client’s expense will only be guaranteed for 3 months unless a new and different issue has been found.
There is no warranty on passive speakers, burnt/blown woofers, or tweeters.
Warranty is only valid if there is no evidence of misuse or tempering on the unit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@fastrak.co.za to log your request for exchange.
You will receive an e-mail or phone call regarding your exchange. The item should then be sent via courier to our warehouse.

Shipping on exchanges
To return your product, you should courier your product to Fastrak Trading 650 Pty Ltd, Unit E, 300 Elgin Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, 1618.
Additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer if the item is not under warranty.
Customers wishing to return items will need to do so on their own accord.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original amount paid if your refund/exchange is approved. In even that Fastrak could not fulfil the order and no shipping was initiated, you will receive a full refund of the original amount paid.
