Return & Refund Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that returning the item will be for your own account.
You can return items that are still in a saleable condition or unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This process can take up to 30 working days to complete.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at reception@fastrak.co.za to log your request for exchange.
You will receive an e-mail or phone call regarding your exchange. The item should then be sent via courier to our warehouse.

Shipping on exchanges
To return your product, you should courier your product to Fastrak Trading 650 Pty Ltd, Unit E, 300 Elgin Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, 1618.
Additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer if the item is not under warranty.
Customers wishing to return items will need to do so on their own accord.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original amount paid if your refund is approved. In even that Fastrak could not fulfill the order and no shipping was initiated, you will receive a full refund of the original amount paid.
