It is suitable for consideration in live sound, DJ, event, venue and worship applications where additional bass support is required. As an active subwoofer, the MA118 includes built-in amplification, so it does not require a separate external power amplifier for the subwoofer itself. The cabinet is intended to work with correctly matched full-range loudspeakers, a suitable audio source and properly configured signal routing. The exact performance and compatibility of the finished system depend on the connected equipment and the installation.

The South African supplier lists the MA118 with Class D amplification, DSP control and selectable low-pass-filter settings. These settings help integrate the subwoofer with compatible speakers when a technician selects an appropriate crossover arrangement. The listed plywood enclosure has a hard-wearing finish and an M20 pole-mount fitting for a compatible speaker pole and safely supported top speaker. Always follow the manufacturer's setup, ventilation and mounting instructions. Check the exact supplied model and its operating specifications before use, particularly where regional product specifications differ.

Features

18-inch active subwoofer

Built-in Class D amplifier

DSP-controlled operation with 24-bit sampling

Selectable low-pass filters: 80Hz, 100Hz and 120Hz

Plywood cabinet with hard-wearing paint finish

M20 pole-mount fitting

Specifications

Brand: Audiocenter

Model: MA118

Supplier SKU: SPEAUD076

Driver size: 18 inches

Low-frequency voice coil: 4 inches

Supplier-listed power: 700W

Supplier-listed SPL: 128dB

Dimensions & Weight

Length × Width × Height: 69.5 × 51 × 63.2 cm

Net weight: 45 kg

What's in the Box?

1 × Audiocenter MA118 Active Subwoofer

Warranty

12 Months

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0042/4801/0819/files/2014824000000audiocenter-18-active-dsp-subwoofer-ma118-8072343.png?v=1793301280
https://www.fastrak.co.za/products/audiocenter-ma118-18-quot-active-subwoofer-700w-spl-128db-1w-1m-class-d-amplification-dsp-controlled
