Clearance Sale Terms and Conditions

General

These Clearance Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products purchased from www.fastrak.co.za that are marked as clearance, final sale, or any other promotional sale indicating discounted or final pricing. By purchasing from this section, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.


Condition of Clearance Items

  • Clearance products may come with open or damaged packaging.
  • In some cases, original packaging may be missing or substituted with alternative protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • The product itself, unless stated otherwise, will be functional and as described in the product listing.

Returns and Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted for reasons relating to packaging, cosmetic imperfections, or minor damages that do not affect product functionality.
  • You may only return a clearance product if it is faulty, meaning it is not in working order or fails to perform as intended despite correct use.
  • If a product is deemed faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide sufficient proof (such as photos and a description of the issue).

Refund Process for Faulty Items

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.

Warranty

  • Standard warranties do not apply to clearance sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
  • Any warranty coverage provided will be strictly limited to functional faults and does not include packaging or aesthetic defects.

Limitation of Liability

  • Fastrak are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase of clearance items, including dissatisfaction with packaging or minor surface imperfections.

Customer Acknowledgement

By purchasing from our clearance section, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You accept the condition of the products as described and waive your right to return or exchange except in the case of a faulty product.
