How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. 

Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.  However, if we have to source the product from an external supplier or from one of our stores, it might take a little longer.  This will be communicated to the customer on a case-to-case basis.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To request any modifications or to cancel your order, please send an email to our online team at online@fastrak.co.za.

Kindly include your order number and the specific changes you'd like to make, e.g. cancellation/modification of order.

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to confirm if the changes can be made or when your refund will be processed.

What is the status of my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, direct deposit through the PayFast Payment Portal. 

We're pleased to offer flexible payment options with PayFlex and PayJustNow. Please note that you'll need to open an account with these services before you can use them at checkout. For PayJustNow, you can apply for an account here, and for PayFlex, visit their website to sign up

Do you accept exchange/returns?

Yes, we do accept returns and allow exchanges both in-store and online. However, there are some differences between the two:

Online Purchases: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Items should be in their original condition with tags attached. Items Purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at the store & vice versa.

In-Store Purchases: Returns are subject to in-store policies, which may differ slightly from online terms. Please check directly with the store. Items Purchased In-Store cannot be exchanged or returned at the store & vice versa.

When making your request or visiting the store, please have your receipt (for in-store purchases) or your order number (for online purchases) ready. This will help us assist you more efficiently.
