This Shipping Policy explains our delivery options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times so you can shop with confidence. 

Whether you're buying TVs, appliances, or fragile electronics, we ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier logistics.


 

1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Fees

Our shipping rates in South Africa are based on product type and size:

  • Free Delivery on Orders Over R1000
    Enjoy free nationwide delivery when your order value exceeds R1000 on selected items. 

     

  • R100 Delivery Fee 

    • 32" TVs and panels 

    • Fragile items (glass, sensitive electronics, etc.)

  • R250 Delivery Fee 

    • 40" – 65" TVs and panels 

    • Large appliances (e.g. fridges, washing machines) 

    • Free In-Store Collection (R0)
      Choose to click & collect and pick up your order at no cost. 

     

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises.


2. Delivery Timeframes in South Africa

We provide delivery nationwide, with estimated timelines:

  • Main Cities & Urban Areas: 3–5 business days after order has been processed.
  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier logistics.

3. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. 

You will receive updates once your order has been dispatched.


4. TV, Appliance & Fragile Item Delivery

We deliver TVs, large appliances, and fragile electronics across South Africa:

  • Secure packaging to prevent damage 
  • Careful handling by trusted couriers 
  • Recommended inspection upon delivery 

Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.


5. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

Fastrak offers free in-store collection:

  • Select “Pickup” at checkout 
  • Wait for your collection notification  

This is the fastest way to receive your order with zero delivery fees.


6. Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday – Friday) 
  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the order 
  • Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct 

Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.


7. Shipping Delays

While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays 
  • High order volumes 
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
