NAMM 2016 PRESS RELEASE: Samson's AirLine 88 Guitar UHF Wireless System, True Wireless Freedom For Guitars/Stringed Instruments

This year Samson will launch the amazing AirLine88 wireless system at the NAMM 2016 show. See the below press release from Samson

Samson, an industry pioneer in wireless audio technology, invites guitarist, bassists and stringed instrumentalists alike to say goodbye to beltpacks and cables with its new AirLine 88 Guitar UHF Wireless System. This frequency-agile UHF wireless system offers high definition sound, premium reliability, a 300' operating range and much more.

Designed to be an extension of your instrument rather than a separate component, the AirLine 88's AG8 plug-in transmitter lets you rule the stage with confidence. The AG8 features a custom, dual-position connector that can fit both Fender® (Stratocaster) and Gibson®-style guitar output jacks. Offering 12 hours of operation on a single AA battery, as well as Mute and variable Gain control for seamless on-stage adjustments. It also provides exceptional low frequency clarity ideal for bass guitars. It's even a great wireless solution for acoustic-electric guitars, electric violins and accordions.

The AirLine 88 system also includes the rack mountable CR88 Wireless Receiver provides 16 selectable channels for interference-free performance no matter where you are. The receiver's True Diversity design minimizes dropouts, while tone key technology prevents unwanted noise when your transmitter is off or out of range.

The AirLine 88 Guitar system will be available in multiple frequency bands (region dependent), all outside of the 600MHz band that is set for upcoming auction by the FCC. A rackmount kit is included with the system.
