PRO MIXER DX2000USB
These days, a DJ commands a whole lot more than just a mic and a couple of turntables! On any given gig you may be required to accommodate a multimedia presentation, variety of audio platforms (vinyl, CDs, mp3) and multiple mics. That’s why we proudly present the 7-channel PRO MIXER DX2000USB with its fully-adjustable infinium “Contact-Free” Crossfader and built-in USB/audio interface. Now the DJ who wears many hats – is always ready for anything!
Contact-Free Infinium Crossfader
The DX2000USB features our super-smooth channel faders and the infinium “Contact-Free” VCA-controlled optical crossfader for the ultimate in reliability and state-of-the-art audio performance. A dedicated CF Curve control allows you to custom-tailor the crossfader’s control characteristic, and you can even set the crossfader tension just the way you like it.
Live Large with More Mediums!
If it can be clicked, spun or spoken, the DX2000USB can mix it! You get 5 dual-stereo Inputs plus 2 mono Mic/Line channels with our Ultra Low-Noise (ULN) Mic Preamps, Phantom Power, Gain control and Clip LED. The DX2000USB also has enough built-in phono preamps to handle up to 3 turntables. Finally, the built-in USB/audio interface gives you the power to add your computer’s digital music library to the mix.
Old-School Feel, New-School Performance
The DX2000USB comes armed with a 3-band kill EQ and Gain control per channel. Mono channels feature an additional Low Cut switch and an FX switch that routes the channel to the FX Send and Return loop, so you can add a touch of outboard effects. These channels, which accept microphones and ¼" line sources, also feature a Talkover button, a Channel On button and PFL switch for headphone monitoring. Stereo channels have an EQ on/off switch, as well as a Crossfader button that sends the channel to the main stereo mix or the crossfader. An Assign button selects whether the channel appears on the X or Y side of the Crossfader.
For the DJ in need of mammoth bass, the DX2000USB features an XLR Sub Bass Out (perfect for connecting to an active subwoofer) with an adjustable Crossover Frequency (30 - 200 Hz) and dedicated Level control. Directly above, the DX2000USB provides a ¼" Main Mono ouput for synching your music’s strongest pulses with a lighting system. The Main Output section offers ¼" and XLR stereo outputs, as well as ¼" inputs for connection to outboard EQ units. This section also features RCA outputs for recording your set. The Monitor/Zone Output section gives you stereo ¼" and XLR Monitor Outputs, as well as ¼" stereo Zone Outputs.

Returns
We accept returns. You can return items that are still in a saleable condition or unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or make arrangements for the replacement item to be shipped to you. In the event of a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Fastrak will charge a 5% fee on any credit card reversals done if a refund or partial refund is required.
Warranty on Products
All of our goods also carry a manufacturers’ warranty (12 Months) where applicable, which will run concurrently with any warranty in terms of the law.
Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods that have been damaged due to the customer’s negligence, the goods have been disassembled, permanently installed, physically altered, used or installed contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions and/or have been subjected to misuse or abuse.
Any items needing to be returned for repairs or warranties need to be returned at the client’s expense. Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be exchanged before this procedure has been followed and fault has been identified.
No repairs will take place until it has been confirmed whether the product is to be repaired under warranty or at the client’s expense.
The client agrees that Fastrak is not held responsible for time delays that result from reports coming from the agents who hold the warranties. Until the client accepts the quote and gives the go-ahead, no repairs will commence. The client and Fastrak agree that the agent's report is final in this matter and that that report will be considered as the matter being closed. Any costs incurred during this process will be passed onto the client unless the warranty is active.
Any and all repairs done under warranty or at the client’s expense will only be guaranteed for 3 months unless a new and different issue has been found.
There is no warranty on passive speakers, burnt/blown woofers, or tweeters.
Warranty is only valid if there is no evidence of misuse or tempering on the unit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@fastrak.co.za to log your request for exchange.
You will receive an e-mail or phone call regarding your exchange. The item should then be sent via courier to our warehouse.

Shipping on exchanges
To return your product, you should courier your product to Fastrak Trading 650 Pty Ltd, Unit E, 300 Elgin Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, 1618.
Additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer if the item is not under warranty.
Customers wishing to return items will need to do so on their own accord.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original amount paid if your refund/exchange is approved. In even that Fastrak could not fulfil the order and no shipping was initiated, you will receive a full refund of the original amount paid.
