ICE POWER 300W Tweeter [IP-TW50]

ICE POWER 300W Tweeter [IP-TW50]

The Ice Power IP-TW50 tweeters are designed to reinforce the high-frequency range of a compatible vehicle audio system. By dedicating a small driver to upper-frequency reproduction, the pair can help bring additional clarity and detail to vocals, percussion and other high-frequency elements that may be less prominent through larger speakers alone. The supplied product information lists 40W RMS power handling, 80W peak power, an impedance range of 4 to 16 ohms and a frequency response extending from 3kHz to 18kHz, giving installers useful specifications for system matching.

With a sensitivity rating of 86±2dB at 2.83V per metre, the IP-TW50 is intended to be integrated into a properly planned multi-speaker car audio setup rather than used as a standalone full-range speaker. Suitable crossover or frequency filtering should be used so the tweeters receive only the frequencies they are designed to reproduce. Vehicle mounting locations and wiring differ, so users should confirm fitment and secure installation before use. When correctly matched and installed, this pair provides a practical way to extend high-frequency detail within an existing car audio system.
