LEVEL PILOT X in Detail
High-Resolution Analogue Volume Control
LEVEL PILOT X puts immediate level control exactly where you need it - right at your fingertips. It does this by using a renowned Bourns potentiometer to ensure accurate, high-resolution analog control over your monitors at all times. Most audio interfaces, digital mixers and other digital audio devices are restricted to digital attenuation of the output signal, reducing the digital-to-analog converter resolution, ultimately rendering a poorer output sound quality. Using LEVEL PILOT X as your analogue level control after the DAW guarantees sonic integrity of your audio signal while keeping level control right there at your fingertips.
Exceptional Clarity in the Signal Path
LEVEL PILOT X uses components and circuitry that optimize signal-to-noise ratios. There are no buffers, batteries, transistors or other tone-sucking components in there - so all that comes out of it are pristine, high-fidelity audio signals.
Compact, Sleek and Sturdy Design
LEVEL PILOT X not only feels like a level control that you can rely on in any situation, it also comes with a brushed aluminum finish to give it a premium look and a smooth, ergonomic feel.
Computer-Independent Operation
Many level control solutions draw additional power from the computer to enable level attenuation - not so with LEVEL PILOT X, which can be operated completely independently of the audio source, be it computer or any other line-level device. In fact, LEVEL PILOT X requires no power to operate, guaranteeing quick and direct control over your monitors.
Balanced and Unbalanced Compatibility
This makes LEVEL PILOT X a real life-saver, fitting into most of today’s analog setups and allowing high quality level control in an endless number of applications.
‘Tight Grip’ Rubberized Base Plate
LEVEL PILOT X feels solid under hand, and the additional slip-free rubberized base plate ensures that LEVEL PILOT X stays exactly where it’s needed.
Quad-Core Fully Balanced XLR Connectivity
LEVEL PILOT X comes with its own discrete quad-core cabling to ensure perfect stereo imaging and left-right tracking - with no messy cabling to clutter up your workspace.

Midas DN4888 8-Channel Digital Stage BoxBus-Powered Stage CONNECT Interface with 8x8 Analog In/Out and Dual Ultranet Outputs
DN4888
The DN4888 is the perfect solution for connecting additional equipment to your monitor or FOH console. It provides 8 additional analogues in and outputs to enable for 8 analogue inserts or the connection to wireless devices, like 8 wireless microphones and 8 wireless in-ear systems.
The Stage Connect interface can be connected to other Stage Connect devices using a single XLR cable for multi-channel audio transmission. There are various I/O options available providing easily scalable connectivity in your side rack. The devices of the DN48XX Series can be daisy-chained and will negotiate the channels for their respective connectivity automatically.
Stage Connect – The Future of XLR
What if any standard XLR or DMX cable could be used to transmit more than one channel of audio?
What if that cable could transmit signals not only one way, but bi-directionally?
What if that cable would allow the passage of control data or even MIDI at the same time?
What if a connected Stage Connect device could receive up to 18 W of power through that same cable?
Well, these capabilities are exactly what Stage Connect delivers – a new interface standard to be released by Music Tribe after two years of development. The Midas DN48XX Series is one of the first available I/O-Interfaces based on the Stage Connect-Standard. This new standard comes with outstanding technical specs: 32 channels of uncompressed PCM audio in various I/O configurations, 24-bit at 48 kHz, below 0.05 ms of latency.
For optimum performance and long cable runs 110 Ohm DMX cable is required.
Ecosystem and Beyond
The DN48XX Series is the first generation of I/O Interfaces for the new Stage Connect ecosystem. Stage Connect was introduced with the Behringer WING mixing console. Even though the DN48XX Series was designed with the WING console in mind the devices can be used with all Stage Connect devices like HUB4. The Stage Connect Ecosystem opens a wide field of audio devices. May it be several I/O devices spread over the Stage or equipment in the side rack - the use cases for the DN48XX Series Stage Connect Interfaces are virtually endless.
Cascade Interfaces to Meet Your Requirements
No matter if you want to use Stage Connect for connecting wireless systems, external effects or playback systems, the devices of the DN48XX series can easily be daisy-chained to meet the requirements of your respective I/O configurations. With a total bandwidth of 32 channels, all combinations ranging from 32 inputs over 16 in and outputs in parallel to 32 outputs can be achieved using different combinations of DN48XX interfaces connected using a simple XLR cable.
Power via DC or Stage Connect
The DN48XX Series devices can be powered via DC or via Stage Connect. By design, every SC Master provides 18W of power that can be used by devices in the chain. Depending on the respective power consumption multiple devices in the chain can be phantom powered by a single Master device. It should be noted that an SC device in the chain that is supplied with DC power can supply other devices connected to its Master Port as well. To check your respective setup for power consumption, use the Stage Connect Calculator (SSC Tool). This tool checks a virtually configured chain for the DMX cable lengths, power supply, audio routing and other parameters.
Automatic Bus Configuration
There are two ways to configure an SC Chain. Either you can manually configure the chain using devices like WING or let the Automatic Bus Configuration do its work. This process adapts the input and output configuration of the SC Bus depending on the connected devices. Simply connect devices and the Master device of the chain will automatically change the routing. To check and plan setups, the SSC Tool software is available, providing information about the routing and DMX cable length, power management and other parameters.
Analogue I/O for External Effects
The DN4888 features 8 balanced line-level in and outputs that can feed external FX processors. All you need to do is mount the DN4888 to your effect rack and connect it to your Console using a single XLR cable. This way you can save local outputs, reduce setup time and increase reliability considerably. Alternatively, these connections can be used for wireless transmitters and receivers or any other application requiring additional analog in and outputs.
ULTRANET – Seamless Integration
The well-established ultranet technology transmits up to 16 independent channels of 24-bit digital audio via a single CAT5 cable between compatible digital devices. The DN48XX Series devices serve Ultranet connectivity for translation between Stage Connect and Ultranet. This way more than 1 million Ultranet products in the market like the P16 monitoring system, AIR mixers and Turbosound speakers can be integrated in the Stage Connect ecosystem.
Stage Connect Calculator
The Stage Connect Calculator is a tool that can be used for checking and planning setups. You can create a virtual SC chain to study the upstream and downstream routing. The calculator also indicates parameters maximum DMX cable lengths, power budget and the overall stability of your connection.
You can virtually change the configuration of individual devices, change their order and intuitively add or remove devices from the chain. This allows you to explore the possibilities of routing signals through the new ecosystem.

Personal Monitoring with DP48
Midas HUB4 is the multi-tool in your stage rack providing analogue and digital outputs for various applications. HUB4 can supply up to four DP48 personal monitor mixers with PoE (Power over Ethernet) and 48 channels of 24-bit / 48 kHz audio. HUB4 also collects 48 channels of upstream audio and forwards this audio to the FOH console, either from stage boxes connected to the AES50-B (THRU) Port or 8 return channels from each of Ports 1-4.
Cascading Hubs for Large Setups
To meet the challenges of large monitoring setups, HUB4 can easily be daisy-chained to make additional DP48 ports available, all the way up to symphonic orchestra applications.
On the other hand, HUB4 can also address situations where you want to connect additional I/O via the same AES50 link to the mixing console. To help build out this AES50 console link, digital stage boxes such as the Midas DL16 or DL32 can be connected to the HUB4’s AES50-B (THRU) Port. The console can pass downstream signals to their respective stage outputs, while also receiving 48 channels upstream from the stage inputs via HUB4.
Analogue Outputs for IEM Transmitters
HUB4 features 16 balanced line-level outputs that can carry the 8 stereo mixes from the connected DP48 mixers for connections in the side rack. So there is no need to run additional lines from personal mixers to the transmitters, reducing setup time and reliability considerably. Alternatively, these analogue outputs can also be used as spare outputs on stage receiving signals directly from the FOH consoles, e.g. for providing talkback or side fill outputs.
Support from Midas M32 Series Consoles
HUB4 can convey control messages from M32 FOH consoles to DP48 personal mixers, as well as remote control messages between DP48 units.
Midas DL8 PoE (Power over Ethernet) Powered Stage Boxes
HUB4 easily interfaces with the new Midas DL8 stage box, which makes bulky analog sub-snakes a thing of the past. The DL8 stage box can be connected to one of HUB4 Ports 1-4 using only a simple CAT5E STP cable. This cable connection from HUB4 can directly power up to 4 stage boxes via PoE support – IEEE802.3at per port – allowing for shorter analogue lines on stage.
Remote Control Forwarding Through HUB4
HUB4 also facilitates one of the exceptional features of DP48 Personal Monitoring systems in which one DP48 unit can be designated as Master and used to control one or more DP48 units in Slave mode. HUB4 ensures that personal mixers are enumerated and that the Master, i.e., the DP48 connected to Port 1 of the first HUB4 in a daisy-chain, can control the respective Slaves. This way either a tech-savvy bandmate or the technician can help talents on stage with their personal monitor sound.
StageCONNECT – The Future of XLR
HUB4 also features a designated StageCONNECT port on the rear panel, anticipating the future of XLR connectivity.
What if any standard XLR, microphone or DMX cable could be used to transmit more than one channel of audio?
What if that cable could transmit signals not only one way, but bi-directionally?
What if that cable would allow the passage of control data or even MIDI at the same time?
What if a connected StageCONNECT device could receive up to 18 W of power through that same cable?
Well, these capabilities are exactly what StageCONNECT delivers – a new interface standard to be released by Music Tribe after two years of development. This new standard comes with outstanding technical specs: 32 channels of uncompressed PCM audio in various I/O configurations, 24-bit at 48 kHz, below 0.5 ms of latency. The design we developed will be publicly available free of charge for anyone interested in designing their own audio equipment, compatible with the future of XLR – StageCONNECT.
EtherCON CAT5E-STP for AES50 Remote Connections Up to 100 m Length
HUB4 uses rugged industry-standard EtherCon connectors to ensure stable operation in live production environments. For best performance, a good quality CAT5E STP cable, such as Klark Teknik NCAT5E-50, allows for remote operation up to 100 m distance.
Controls & Connectivity
HUB4’s large backlit front panel buttons show when a device is connected to the corresponding AES50 port and indicate whether the upstream signals are being sent to the desired outputs.

DL16
Digital mixing has revolutionized virtually everything in the live entertainment production workflow, and now that same cutting-edge technology brings live production signal distribution into the modern age. The DL16 Stage Box provides 16 of our award-winning microphone preamplifiers with switchable +48 V phantom power; 8 balanced analogue XLR returns at the stage end; an integrated ULTRANET output for connecting to BEHRINGER P16-M personal monitor mixers; plus connectivity for your ADAT-compatible outboard equipment.MIDAS - The Legend in Sound Quality
Ever since our formation in the 1970s, we have had a long history of innovation and leadership in the world of audio mixing consoles. Employed by the most famous touring acts and installations worldwide, our XL4 and Heritage H3000 consoles quickly became industry standards.
ULTRANET – Seamless Integration
The world-renowned engineers at Klark Teknik, Midas, Turbosound and Behringer have all come together to create something truly innovative that will change live and studio workflow forever – ULTRANET. This revolutionary technology seamlessly transmits up to 16 independent channels of 24-bit digital audio and control data via a single CAT5 cable between compatible digital devices – including mixers, I/O stage boxes, powered loudspeakers and personal monitoring systems.
ADAT-Ready
Many manufacturers have adopted the ADAT digital interface as a means of transferring digital data between certain types of audio devices, such as mixers, synthesizers, lighting rigs and effect processors. The DL16’s onboard ADAT Outputs enable splitting the high-quality Midas Pro Series preamp signals to outboard devices – including recording systems. When more channels are required, these optical sockets can alternately be used to connect ADAT-equipped D/A converters (such as the Behringer ADA8200) for up to 16 additional analogue outputs.
Dual AES50 Ports for Massive Connectivity
Connecting over a single shielded (STP) CAT5 cable, up to three DL16s can be daisy-chained to deliver 48 channels in and 24 out to the stage. KLARK TEKNIK’s AES50 simultaneously provides high channel counts, extremely low and deterministic latencies, accurate phase-aligned networked clock distribution, error detection, network redundancy, with simple deployment and ease of use to meet the needs of the live performance industry.
Remotely Controllable Preamps Make Setup a Breeze
DL16’s ingenious monitoring/head amp control section allows you to select any of the 16 inputs, 8 bus outputs or P-16 output streams for immediate line checks. In addition to signal metering at the stage box, you can also set individual input channel Gain, apply +48 V phantom power – and listen directly to the input signal via headphones and much more.
Assignable Headphones Output for On-Stage Monitoring
For easy set up and signal routing verification, a headphones jack is conveniently located on the front of the DL16, giving you the option of listening directly to any of the 16 inputs.
MIDI In/Out
Using scene automation has never been simpler or more convenient. The automation scenes allow MIDI events to be incorporated, so that external MIDI-compatible devices can be controlled as part of a scene change via your console’s MIDI output. Additionally, console events can be triggered from an external MIDI source via your console’s MIDI input
Unparalleled Performance
As you can see, the DL16 digital stage box is the ideal 16 x 8 signal distribution solution thanks to our legendary remote controllable mic preamps, Klark Teknik’s AES50 connectivity and a wealth of other professional-grade features. Built tough enough to withstand the rigors of the road, the DL16 only takes up two rack spaces and connects to FOH with a single, inexpensive CAT5 cable.

TRUTH B2030A
The TRUTH B2030A monitors have been so wildly successful, that we’ve sold thousands upon thousands of them to some of the most critical ears on the planet. Due to their high-resolution performance, B2030A active 2-way reference studio monitors are perfect for near-field monitoring applications – from small mixing environments to multichannel surround setups. When it comes to your studio recordings, you want honesty. In fact, considering how important your art is, you should demand it! That’s why we designed the B2030A Active 2-Way Reference Monitor to speak nothing but the TRUTH. The B2030A boasts big power, 125 Watts of bi-amplified output to an ultra-responsive, long-throw 6.75" polypropylene woofer, which provides tight and accurate bass – and a high-resolution, ferrofluid-cooled tweeter for crystal-clear highs. And although it was designed for the studio, where every note you play or sing is always “under the microscope”, the B2030A makes an absolutely fantastic addition to your stereo or video surround system!
Bi-Amplification - The Path to Absolute Signal Integrity
With its 125 ultra-clean Watts of output through separately-powered drivers, courtesy of true bi-amping (2 amplifiers per speaker system), the B2030A delivers high-resolution sound that really brings out the best in your music. While some of our competitors apply simple passive crossovers, which inaccurately separate the frequency spectrum and degrade driver performance, BEHRINGER has gone the extra mile – driving each woofer and tweeter with a separate amplifier for the utmost in signal integrity.
Custom-Engineered Transducers
Powerful amplifiers coupled with state-of-the-art technology sure sound impressive – but what about the part of the system you actually hear? Our LF (Low Frequency) and HF (High Frequency) transducers are designed specifically for each application – it’s what sets us apart from the competition. When you buy a TRUTH B2030A active monitor, you can rest assured the transducers inside have been engineered to perform flawlessly with every other element for truly professional results. As a result, the B2030A provides ruler-flat frequency response from 50 Hz - 21 kHz, with tight and accurate low end, articulately detailed mids, and crystal-clear highs.
Gloriously-Wide “Sweet Spot”
The B2030A’s HF (High Frequency) content comes courtesy of an ultra-high resolution 1.0" ferrofluid-cooled tweeter mounted on our proprietary wave guide. While some of our competitor’s studio monitors have a highly-focused “sweet spot” (the optimal listening position for a pair of loudspeakers), our waveguide is designed to create a much more generous, broader listening zone. That means you are free to move around inside the stereo image to find the ideal spot in the mix for subtle instrument or effects placement opportunities.
Suited for All Placements
The ideal environment for listening is a room that is “flat,” neither too reflective (echoes) nor too absorptive (where the sound is muffled). But since all rooms are not the same acoustically, all TRUTH monitors come equipped to function in a wide variety of environments. Rear panel filter switches are provided to adapt the monitor’s low- and high-frequency characteristics for optimal performance – specifically for your listening environment. Monitor placement is also critical. Ideally, all loudspeakers should be placed away from walls to ensure a proper bass response. The B2030A features a set of Room Compensation switches so you can place it against walls, or even in corners. Walls tend to enhance low-frequency content, and corners exaggerate bass even more, but your B2030A TRUTH can be custom-tailored to provide an honest bass response for your situation, with the simple flick of a switch or two.
Ready for Your Input
The B2030A is equipped with servo-balanced inputs on XLR and ¼" TRS connectors to handle a variety of audio sources. Thanks to its compact size and magnetic shielding, the TRUTH B2030A can be placed near video monitors, computer displays, or digital audio workstations.
Hear the TRUTH
We will skip all the technical jargon, but hearing the TRUTH will make you a believer. Thanks to its state-of-the-art wave guide technology, custom-designed LF and HF transducers, 125-Watt bi-amplified output, and more, the TRUTH B2030A outperforms everything in its class. Compare the B2030A to the competition and finally, hear the TRUTH!

So whether you're recording in your bedroom or laying down tracks at a professional recording studio, MONITOR1 makes sure the volume is always exactly where you need it – when you need it. And when it's time for a break, just press the convenient Mute button to turn the sound completely off.
Sometimes Bigger is Better!
Small knobs make for low precision. Conversely, the bigger the knob is, the higher the precision. Think of a knob as a circle. On a small circle/knob, the distance from one degree to the next is very small, making it difficult to dial-in perfection. On MONITOR1's big knob, the distance between degrees of the circle is much larger, allowing you to make high-precision adjustments with ease. MONITOR1's bigger knob helps you set levels fast and accurately.
Connections Matter
MONITOR1 takes up a fraction of the space on your desk as your mixer, and thanks to its tiny footprint it's never in the way. But even though it is small, MONITOR1 is all about quality, all the way from the stereo XLR/TRS combo and 1⁄8" Inputs to the XLR and 1⁄8" Outputs.
Sound Quality and Value
We designed the MONITOR1 to provide many years of super-clean, high-fidelity performance in the most critical listening environment – yours! Built from the highest-grade components, MONITOR1 is the perfect way to put a little easy into your current studio monitoring setup.

DN100
The DN100 has become an established favourite amongst both engineers and musicians alike. With its high headroom, dynamic response and sonic clarity, DN100 faithfully reproduces the character of electric and acoustic instruments and allows far more of the detail of musical performances to be captured. DN100 is intended for professional applications where +48 V phantom power is a standard feature on all mixing consoles, and its innovative design results in a significantly higher clipping point than many other active DI Boxes, providing +10 dBu output into a 2 kΩ load. This increased headroom means that much higher-level input signals can be accommodated without the need for an attenuating pad. Combined with a very low noise input circuit topology, DN100 offers a very wide dynamic range, and only requires a single -30 dB pad for use when connecting directly to instrument amplifier outputs.
DN100 is built to handle the rigours of life on the road, a thick aluminium extrusion protects the electronics, and in turn is covered by a tough silicone rubber sleeve.
Balanced Transformer-Isolated Output
Exhaustive listening tests using a wide variety of active and passive bass guitars, electro-acoustic guitars and electronic musical instruments were carried out to select the components for DN100 to achieve the best musical sound. Not only was the choice of the audio transformer particularly important in achieving this goal, but the impedances of the surrounding components were also highly critical in getting the best possible performance out of the audio transformer. The line-driving characteristics of the transformer output were carefully optimised to provide the best frequency and phase responses for short and long cables and widely differing line and termination impedances.
Care was taken in the design of the DN100 to avoid audio transformer core saturation and a fixed high pass filter has been included in the signal path to roll off frequencies below those that are musically important. The lowest note on a 5- or 6-string bass guitar is B0 with a frequency of 30.87 Hz, and the lowest note on an 88-key piano keyboard is A0 with a frequency of 27.50 Hz. DN100 still maintains a frequency response of ±0.5 dB at these lowest musical notes.
As well as the transformer in the signal path, DN100 also has a transformer to isolate the power rails to the input circuit from the phantom power supply sourced from the output XLR connector. When used in conjunction with the Earth Lift switch, this full galvanic isolation of input and output interfaces ensures that any risk of earth loops is avoided when taking a direct feed from stage backline equipment.
Dual-Impedance Inputs
A custom instrumentation-grade input circuit was designed for the DN100 using advanced analogue design techniques to create the very high input impedance required by passive guitar and bass pickups, whilst keeping the actual component values low to minimise noise. This innovative approach to circuit design produces a very low noise floor, which combined with the high clipping point creates an unrivalled dynamic range in a +48 V phantom powered DI Box.
DN100 features one parallel-connected XLR and two ¼" TRS inputs, one which may also be used a link output for connection to a guitar or bass amplifier. When connecting to the XLR input only, the input impedance is 20 kΩ, ideal for line level equipment and offering even lower noise performance. This input impedance is far too low for guitar and bass pickups and is removed from the circuit when a jack plug is inserted into a ¼" TRS input, resulting in a nominal 1 MΩ input impedance, ideal for passive electric pickups.
Illuminated 30dB Pad and Earth Lift Switches
DN100 features illuminated Pad and Earth Lift switches, which along with the +48V phantom power indicator LED, provide ‘at a glance’ status display, even at wide distances and viewing angles.
The Earth Lift switch separates the input and output grounds, useful in eliminating earth loops between equipment on different mains electricity supplies.
Built for the Road
Featuring a tough aluminium extrusion, the DN100 is designed for the rigours of live concert touring. The protective rubber corners also insulate the DN100 chassis to further enhance its electrical isolation. Premium Neutrik XLR connectors are used to ensure reliable audio connections, night after night.
